Kevin spent several years working in public interest law before turning to documentary filmmaking as another tool for social change. Since then his award-winning films have screened at festivals across the world, including Telluride, HotDocs, Slamdance, and the San Francisco International. His film Dreams Awake won a 2010 Student Academy Award and was selected for the “Filmmakers of Tomorrow” program at the Telluride Film Festival. He worked as an associate producer and field producer on a 13-part documentary series for Discovery and has also worked on productions for PBS and Facebook. Kevin recently completed his MFA in Documentary Film and Video at Stanford University. He is based in San Francisco and is a graduate of Yale University.
